This is a second floor unit and stairs are required in order to access the unit. As a guest, you will have private access to the entire home for the duration of your stay, including access to the community pool, linen lounge and outdoor grilling space. Relax on the comfy couch for some inspired conversation or a relaxing movie night while watching the 65” HDTV. ** Couch does not convert to a sofa-bed. If a guest wants to sleep on couch we recommend bringing additional bedding for them. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with new stainless steel appliances, non-toxic cookware, dinnerware, utensils, spices, and olive oil—everything you need to cook at home. Organic coffee and tea essentials are provided for easy mornings on the balcony. The dining area seats four, and families will appreciate the included toddler booster seat and child-friendly dishes. Bedroom 1: King-sized bed topped by a comfy, non-toxic memory foam mattress and heavenly 100% organic cotton sheets. Each bedroom is equipped with a 43” HDTV for streaming your favorite shows while in bed. This bedroom does not have a walk-in closet available for use, but it has a full-sized dresser and a hanging rod with hangers for storing clothing during your stay! We also provide black-out curtains and a sound machine. Bedroom 2: King-sized bed topped by a comfy, non-toxic memory foam mattress and heavenly 100% organic cotton sheets. Each bedroom is equipped with a 43” HDTV for streaming your favorite shows while in bed. This bedroom has a generously sized walk-in closet that easily accommodates a pack-n-play (iykyk) which is provided for use by all guests (please bring your own linens for crib mattress 27x39”) We also provide black-out curtains and a sound machine. Bathroom: The full bathroom features a tub/ shower combo, which is perfect for freshening up after a relaxing day at the pool. The bathroom is equipped with eco-lux Public Goods shampoo, conditioner and body wash, along with a hairdryer and makeup remover towels, so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own. Work Space: Dedicated workspace is provided, perfect for business travelers, digital nomads + students. Outdoor Amenities: This unit has a private balcony where you can enjoy some fresh air and a cup of coffee in the morning. You will also have access to the community pool that features modern pool furniture, lighting and a vibrant poolside atmosphere. Beach towels are also provided during your stay! Guests are welcome to use the beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and beach toys during your stay. A grilling area is located just outside of the pool area for preparing delicious meals during your stay. On-site, coin-operated laundry is also available within a lounge-like setting which includes a foosball table and shuffleboard for lots of family fun! ** Pool is not heated *** The Neighborhood Our condo is located in a walker's paradise! You are just steps away from sunset strolls on Front Beach and the heart of downtown Ocean Springs. If you're looking for casinos and nightlife, Biloxi is only a short 10-minute drive away. - 10 min walk to Front Beach - 5 min drive to Downtown Dining & Shops - 5 min drive to Walter Anderson Museum - 10 min drive to Biloxi’s Casinos & Nightlife Your stay might also coincide with one of our vibrant seasonal events, all within walking distance: - February- Mardi Gras - March- Spring Arts Festival - May- Taste of Ocean Springs - October- Cruisin’ the Coast - November- Peter Anderson Festival Guest Access Enjoy private access to the entire condo during your stay. Your keyless entry code provides seamless self-check-in. House Rules: To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following rules: - Maximum occupancy is 5 guests total (this includes infants). - Well-behaved dogs (max 2, 100lbs total) are welcome for a $75 pet fee. Pets must be added to your reservation. All pets must be crated if left alone in condo and are not permitted on furniture. - Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony. - Five (5) pool wristbands are provided and must be worn at the pool. A $5 fee will be charged for each unreturned wristband. - Check-In/Out- We are happy to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out when available for a fee of $25 per hour. - Security- For your protection, an outdoor security camera with audio is located on the exterior, monitoring the entrance and parking area. It does not have visibility into any interior spaces. - Mail- Please do not have mail or packages delivered to the property. - Booking confirms your agreement to all House Rules and Rental Terms.
Other Details to Note
(5) pool wrists bands are provided and must be used by guest using the pool. Wrist bands must be returned at check-out. A fee of $5/wrist band will be charged if all wrist bands are not returned. Well behaved pets are welcome (dogs only). Accompanying pets (2 max, total 100lbs) MUST be disclosed prior to arrival. There will be a $75/ pet fee. Failure to notify host will result in full pet fee due plus additional $200 non-disclosure fee. Please understand we love our furry friends but it does take additional time and cost for our cleaning crew to ensure the home is ready for future guests. Please be respectful to help us in providing the best experience possible to all of our guests. Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture (beds, sofas, chairs, etc). Pets must be crated, if left alone in the condo. Bath & beach towels are not to be used for pets. Please be sure to clean up after your pets! Renter agrees to pay the Owner for any damages to furnishings and household items that occur as a result of Renter’s Pet occupancy. This will include payment of any additional cleaning charges incurred due to Renter’s Pet. Our cleaners work very hard to clean and sanitize the condo between stays. We use all-natural, toxin-free cleaning supplies in every property to ensure your stay is as healthy and eco-friendly as it is comfortable. If we can accommodate an early check-in or a late check-out request, there will be an additional $25 fee per hour. Otherwise, check-in is flexible and is anytime after 4PM. In order to reduce the use of single-use plastic, we are happy to provide our guests with clean drinking water. An AquaTru reverse osmosis under-counter water filter is installed at the kitchen sink. No need to bring or purchase bottled water, we have you and the earth covered! Portable water bottles are also provided during your stay for when you are on-the-go. To enhance your protection, this property is equipped with an outdoor security camera featuring audio capabilities situated on the exterior. The camera will be actively recording the following areas throughout the duration of your reservation: - Street in front of the house - Entrance to the property - Balcony - Parking space Please be assured that the camera is configured to respect your privacy and does not have visibility into any interior spaces. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property and/ or on the front porch. If you wish to smoke or vape, please do so outside, in the parking lot and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Our HOA has strict rules about this, violations could lead to a fine. Do not have items mailed to or delivered to property. Owner takes no responsibility for items missing or misplaced.
